Double cream, thickened cream. What's the difference?

They're not the same. Thickened cream usually contains added thickeners like gelatine or vegetable gums to help it hold shape. Our double cream is 50% fat with nothing added, and it’s thicker, richer and purer.

A little closer to English clotted cream, double cream has that full body and fresh taste that will keep you coming back for more.
