The Little Big Dairy Co is a local business, owned and operated by the Chesworth family: Steve and Erika Chesworth, sons Duncan and Campbell and daughter Emma Elliot and her husband Jim.
The little Big Dairy Co is an efficient and sustainable Dairy that will be marketing its own branded milk and milk products to market.
This is the first on-farm processing plant of its kind in Dubbo and incorporates one of the most modern and technologically-advanced milk harvesting systems in Australia.
