Family owned, The Little Big Dairy Company operates within two distinct enterprises; primary production and vertical integration, bringing our premium, award winning dairy products to market.
We are seeking new business graduates to join our fast-paced team. Our new grads will work across our entire value-added chain, gaining experience in all aspects of the business.
You will be exposed to the following areas of our business operation.
- Marketing,
- Business development,
- Manufacturing,
- Logistics and warehousing,
- Finance
- Human resources
- Operations management
- Food safety
- Licensing
- Company directorship
Your first 12 weeks will see you jump in at team level, gaining an insight to the inner workings of what makes our business successful and immersion in our company culture.
From here you will have the opportunity to specialise in up to 3 areas for the remainder of your 12 months, with direct mentorship from our company director.
Exceptional candidates may fast-track the new graduate program gaining access to additional qualifications and permanent roles.
Located on farm, 15km west of the vibrant regional city of Dubbo.
