Less Cream Milk
We know there are many reasons to choose lighter milk from lifestyle changes to preferring the taste which is why we make sure to have all types of milk available to our customers. As technology has advanced and the dairy industry has embraced it, it’s easy to gently remove some or all of the cream from milk through a spinning process that separates the fat. Removing the fat content removes the health considerations of saturated fat and reduces calories, so it’s a great choice if you’re watching what you eat. What’s left once you’ve removed the cream is a bottle of milk with an altered but still delicious taste and texture. Some brands will add milk powder after they’ve removed the cream, but this also adds chemicals like stabilisers and emulsifiers. As with our other products, our less-fat milk is pasteurised within hours of milking and when it’s so fresh and tasty you don’t need to worry about processing it with additives.

Lighter milk proves that dairy has a place in any diet, even if you’re restricting calories. We’ve removed the cream, but you still get all the benefits of whole milk. Less Cream or No Cream - Our Choices of Light Milk
At the Little Big Diary Co. we have 2 options of lower calorie milk. Our less cream milk has all the flavour of our full cream milk, but a little less fat, while our no cream milk has had the cream delicately separated out and therefore has 0% fat content. Both taste delicious and are great for frothing.

Choose Light Milk from a Family Farm
Little Big Dairy Co is an Australian family-owned and run business. We genuinely care for our cow herds and their wellbeing and we’re always striving to reduce waste. We currently use solar power for much of our energy and any wastewater is used in irrigation. It’s important to us that our values are reflected in the whole business chain, so we added a factory to the farm. The milk only travels 1km from the shed to the plant before it’s bottled, and we don’t think many other brands can say their product is as fresh as that! We have a growing number of stockists in New South Wales and surrounding areas if you’d like to get your hands on our products. We also offer a delivery service to homes and offices.
